38th National Festival of Science and Technology Is to Be Held

The ３８th National Festival of Science and Technology is to be held from April ２３ to May ７ at the Sci-Tech Complex.

This festival, held in the sponsorship of the Central Commitee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea, is based on the theme of "Successful Conclusion of Five-year Plan, All-out Efforts of Scientific Circles".

It is aimed at widely introducing, sharing and disseminating scientific and technological successes, experiences and new technical goods made in the course of the struggle for fulfilling the five-year plan, thus actively contributing to the implementation of the decisions of the Eighth Party Congress.

Officials, scientists, technicians, workers and others of the units nominated by committees, ministries and national institutions and highly appreciated at provincial (municipal) sci-tech festivals will take part in the festival.

The festival will serve as a significant occasion for arousing the scientific circles to powerfully backing up the successful conclusion of the five-year plan by dint of science and technology.
