When the U.S. imperialists vociferated about "retaliation" assembling large armed forces for aggression around the Korean Peninsula under the pretext of its armed spy ship Pueblo which was captured, the President terrified the enemies with his iron-willed courage and pluck declaring that the DPRK would react to the U.S. "retaliation" with stronger counteraction and to the total war with all-out war.
