12th National Folk Sports Contest of Agricultural Workers Held in DPRK

The 12th National Folk Sports Contest of Agricultural Workers took place in the capital city of Pyongyang from August 20 to 23.

The contest was divided into Korean wrestling, Taekwon-Do, swinging and seesaw events. It brought together more than 200 agricultural workers selected from all provinces.

South Phyongan Province came first in the total standings.

Citations, trophy cups and medals were awarded to the successful teams and players at an awarding ceremony on August 23.
